The January events and the TerraNova Winter Series comprise an exciting seven-week hunter/jumper winter circuit, making TerraNova Equestrian Center the ideal seasonal destination or the perfect respite for horses and riders of all levels.

Liz Halliday-Sharp (USA) and Cooley Be Cool graced the top of the star-studded The Estates at TerraNova CCI4*-S after their cross-country ride across the sprawling grounds of TerraNova Equestrian Center.

At the end of the second dressage session in The Estates at TerraNova CCI4*-S, Will Coleman (USA) took the morning lead with a whopping 19.6 with the stunning Chin Tonic (Chin Champ x Wildera/Quinar Z).

In the third year of hosting FEI three-day events and recognized horse trials, the Events at TerraNova welcomes an eventing date to their busy spring competition schedule. Riders from all walks of life, Olympians to young eventers, flocked to TerraNova to experience the previous two fall three-day events.

A star-studded field of 46 horses and riders, including five Olympians, tackled the Joe Rycroft-designed course in the $77,300 The Estates at TerraNova FEI 2* 1.45m Grand Prix during TerraNova Hunter/Jumper Week 4. Argentina’s Tomas Yofre aboard the Stellium Sport Horses LLC entry Cher Cheval bested the field to take the win.

It was a gorgeous afternoon as nearly 50 horses contested the Joe Rycroft-designed course in the $10,000 FEI 2* 1.40m Welcome Speed during TerraNova Hunter/Jumper Week 4. Israel’s Daniel Bluman aboard Cachemire De Braize blazed through the timers to secure the win for the second consecutive week.

Samuel Parot and Captain Z bested the field of 41 to win the $10,000 FEI 1.40m Welcome Speed during TerraNova Hunter/Jumper Week 2. Entries for the speed class included elite riders from nine countries, such as Kent Farrington (USA), Taylor St. Jacques (CAN), Cian O’Connor (IRL) and more.

The $77,300 The Estates at TerraNova FEI 2* 1.45m Grand Prix crowned Olympic gold medalist Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA) and the 11-year-old Westphalian mare Chili (Consolidator x Belotte De La Vie Z/Berlin) as the winners during the TerraNova Hunter/Jumper Week 3 competition weekend.

With a field of 50 horses, the TerraNova Hunter/Jumper Week 3 $10,000 FEI 1.40m Welcome Speed class was the largest to date. The 1.40m track was designed by FEI Level 3 course designer Mauricio Garcia (PUR). Garcia is an accomplished international grand prix rider. He has assisted at the World Cup Finals in Las Vegas (2005, 2007, 2016), Pan American Games (2003, 2007, 2011), the Olympic Games (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 2016) and has built at numerous world-class venues such as Hickstead, Spruce Meadows, Kentucky Horse Park, the Winter Equestrian Festival, The Oaks and Tryon.
