Laura Bostwick Joins Events at TerraNova Team as Director of Business Development

May 28, 2024, Myakka City, FL – Events at TerraNova is proud to introduce Laura Bostwick of Wellington, Florida, as the Director of Business Development. In this role, Bostwick will oversee sponsorship and vendor relations to support the growth of TerraNova Equestrian Center as a key player in the equine industry and as a community staple.

Laura Bostwick brings over fifteen years of experience working in the equestrian events industry and is a lifelong participant in equestrian sports. She has dedicated her career to growing the sport through strategic partnerships for equestrian competitions and special projects such as the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games.

“I am thrilled to be joining the talented team at TerraNova,” Bostwick said. “Their commitment to excellence is demonstrated in all that they do and I’m excited to embrace their values and help develop meaningful relationships that benefit the partners, facility, the community, and equestrian sport as a whole.”

The introduction of Bostwick comes after the news of the appointment of Molly Oakman as President of Events at TerraNova. These new team members are the first of many exciting announcements to come from TerraNova.

“As the newly appointed President, I was immediately tasked with identifying a person to fill this position. It was so important to find someone who values building lasting relationships and whose work ethic matches the core values of TerraNova. I knew Laura would be a good fit with her background in the equestrian industry and the right personality to complement the existing team,” said Oakman.

Plans are underway in a variety of new directions and growth including new disciplines for 2025, a revised competition schedule with added programs, onsite housing, and food service options. "After reviewing extensive feedback and trends of demand throughout the previous seasons, TerraNova is making efforts to support and grow our offerings and infrastructure to meet the needs of our equestrian competitors,” said Director of Sport, Mike Belisle. “We are not focused on being the biggest facility in the competitive Florida market, we just want to be the best.”
